Customer Question

My GE Monogram upper oven model ZET1058 convection bake quit working. The convection roast work and regular bake works; what could be the root problem?

The convection element is probably burned out. It is located behind the fan shroud. What is your full model number? It should be on a sticker near the bottom when you open the door.
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
The full model number is XXXXX 1058 SF1SS. If it is the convection element that is burned out why does it work on the convection roast setting?
Expert:  Dave replied 6 years ago.
The convection roast also uses the broil element to brown the meat, so the oven will get hot. Here is the link to the part, it's number 298 on the diagram. OVEN&documentId=G7090493&blt=06
