Kenmore 106.57064601 coldspot side by side stream of water into evaporator pan underneath. Their are a few drops of water formed on the back wall of the freeze as well.

So what your saying is the compressor is going and the fan by the compressor as well.

And your still getting water to the drain pan.Is the fan going in the freezer and is the freezer cold.

Yes the fan in the freezer is going and the freezer is cold. The stream of water into the pan is intermittent. Could a drain hole be plugged?

The freezer goes in to a defrost cycle about every 9 hrs is this when the stream of water happens.
