The problem is with the heating system. Either the thermistor is bad, or the heating element is .

Ok sorry about that. For the life of me I couldnt recall where the darn thing was.

What you need to do is remove the lower panel of the unit. It is secured by three screws along the bottom.

Once it is off at the very bottom front of the outer basket is the temprature sensor. Test it and if bad replacce it.
