Do you hear the timer cycling when you hit cancel?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

No sound when I hit the cancel button

Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
If you unplug the unit and take off the console, you can turn the timer with a screwdriver, there is a square hole in the center. Try to advance the timer manually to see if it's jammed. Then reassemble and retest. There is very little info on these models, it's a rebranded Hobart/KitchenAid.

Thanks Dave....think I might just call Sears for a new one.....I wouldn't know how to unplug. What is the console, the whole front panel?
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
Yes, the whole top front would have to come off. Kitchen Aid still makes good dishwashers.
