When the door is locked the green lights comes on and stays lit...

If you unplug the unit and take off the console, you can turn the timer with a screwdriver, there is a square hole in the center. Try to advance the timer manually to see if it's jammed.Then reassemble and retest. There is very little info on these models, it's a rebranded Hobart/KitchenAid.

Thanks Dave....think I might just call Sears for a new one.....I wouldn't know how to unplug. What is the console, the whole front panel?

Yes, the whole top front would have to come off. Kitchen Aid still makes good dishwashers.
