I have a 12 year old thermador gas range, One of the most use gas range is losing a lot of BTU, the burner doen't put out the same amount of firepower as the rest of the burner. Can you help?

Have you checked the burner orifice to see if it is partially clogged? Also if the the burner cap is on crooked it won't burn right.

Burner cap is not not crooked and I'm pretty sure it's partially cloggeg, But how do one clean it?

If you remove the burner cap and look down inside, you will see the orifice. You can clean it with a needle, just don't use too much force.
