you need to check the triangled plate that the tub rides on, these sometimes get trurned and the washer tub doesnt sit right, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=you can see this in this picture its the part right above the brake (round part near bottom) make sure this is sitting correctly,

i reset the tub in last night made sure it was setting on the plastc bumpers , what do the little brass rods do that go threw the tiangle and base seems to be held in with a cotter pin

they have been in there for 5 years and this problem has just started recently, i'll try it, but i dont think we are talking about the same thing , thankyou
are you talking about the three pins that have a little plastic cup connected to the machine under the pins, ?

ok well at any rate these are not suppose to be in ionce the machine is delivered and set up, they come with a yellow plastic part that pulls them out once its delivered,
