the doctor is in the house!

Kenmore COLDSPOT refrig. is not getting cold, I can hear compressor working, is there another reason why?

Hi thanks for the question. You can hear the compressor going ,Can you hear the fan going by the compressor and the fan in the freezer.

Yes I can Feel the fan blowing in the freezer area. KENMORE COLDSPOT MODEL 106.51562104

Pull the fridge out and take off that bottom panel and see if the coils are dirty and if the fan motor is going.The fan motor could be the problem.
