I have an Electrolux Pronto 2in1 that will not charge. I noticed that there is a recall on my model and serial number because of bad batteries. How do I go about taking care of this.

There are three ways to go. 1. Take it back to the selling dealer. 2. Contact a company authorized service person. 3. Go to the company's website, and correspond with their customer service department. Any of these should work to get recall assistance.
