you have a blown thermal fuse, Part 2986this should be right in the back on the blower housing behind the rear panel you have off, to test this you can unplug the machine and put the two wires together and tape just to test. see if it starts, it should, dont leave this taped together to run loads, replace it . its a safety and if you dont you will overheat and have a fire, you can get this @ http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-lec9000pwd-%3d%3di2986&PartID=2986 for around$13.00, thanks Bryan
