are none of the burners heating up? does the oven work?

no and the panel shows PF

PF, means power failer, you need to pull the stove out and check were the power cord connects to see if a wire has burned off. this is what your looking at, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=let me know thanks Bryan

There no black cable if i change that part will work
well we need to know if one of the wires is burnt off. are all three wires good? do you have a volt meter? let me know thanks Bryan

There one cable is darker on the coper conection could that be even is not black with burn marks

it is the terminal block, you can get this @ http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-rf368lxpt0-%3d%3dei1181866&PartID=1181866 just click the blue link. for around $18.00 also you will probably need a new power cord. you can get them at Lowes, this will fix the problem, thanks Bryan
