Hello, this is going to be a problem with either the running thermostat which is located near the blower, normally would have 4 terminals, or the moisture sensor normally 2 metal strips at the rear of the drum. Test both these parts with an ohms meter to find which is bad. If you have any other questions or need help testing these parts please feel free to comment again. Mike
