Hi, we have rerecently purchased a second hand 4200s gas powered fridge. Although the gas is burning in the fridge, it does not get the slightest bit cold. we believe the fridge has not been used for some time. Is it a case of cleaning a part or replacing? Thanks in antisipation of your help.

Thank you for asking your question on JustAnswer.
Your refrigerator is pretty bullet proof. If the gas is burning properly then the unit has to work unless the ammonia has leaked out. In this case the unit is not reparable in the field. You'll have to send it back to Electrolux for repair/replacement. I believe it is now called the Caravan Fridge and be careful, if replacing, the flue may be on the other side on the new one.
