your oven igniter needs to be replaced. Part 1191these get weak and cant open the safety valve , even though it glows it doesnt draw enough amps to open the valve. you can get this @ http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-RSK3700UW-%3d%3di1191&PartID=1191 or a local appliance repair shop will have it or can order it for you. well wishes and thanks Bryan
