We have a built in Microwave Oven, model MBB. We purchased

We have a built in Microwave Oven, model MBB. We purchased ~2.5 years ago, so not under warrenty. It stopped working, no power or lights on control panel. However, the other built-in appliances (oven and plate warmer) all have power and are working fine. Is there a fuse or something that could have been blown? How do I test it.

the microwave is 30 inches wide. I believe it is the MT30B

Thank you. the most likely culprit is the fuse in the unit. if you are going to replace the fuse yourself be carefull not to touch anything else but the fuse. a microwave has a high voltage capaciter which can kill you. That said, remove the outer cover and folow the power cord into the unit. The first place it goes is the fuse. It might be mounted on the control board, just remove and replace like any other fuse usually available here:
