My freezer works but my refrigerator will not cool. The repairman has replaced the mechanism between the freezer and the refrigerator which opens and closes. He checked the circuit board and said it was okay. Today, he replaced the thermostats and it still doesn't work. Help!!!

Open the freezer door and look at the back panel. Do you see any frost built up? Do you hear a fan running in the freezer?

Ok most likely you have a bad defrost heater. You need to remove the back panel Inside the freezer and see if the coils are frosted over. If they ar you need to use a hair dryer to melt it off. Then you will need to replace the defrost heater on the bottom of the coils.
