Our Magtag french door fridge temperature controls keep turning off. I unplug it snd it comes back on. Then seven to ten days later it turns off again. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Already Tried:
Unplugged it for a short period of time. It comes back up when plugged back in for about seven or so days. The alarms don't go off when it turns it self off so we are never sure how long it has been off.
