Make: kenmore gas dryerModel: XXXXXXXXXXX Already Tried: Taking the dryer apart and cleaning it, checked the fuse and it's fine
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
The dryer will ignit and it will heat up and run if there is one light piece of clothing in it. However, if I put a full load in the dryer it will ignit then the light/fire will go out. A few minutes later it will try to ignit again and will fail. The dryer will keep trying to ignit and will fail as long as the dryer is running, therfore the dryer keeps running but doesn't heat up. I checked the vent; it's not kinked or blocked, the thermal fuse is good, the ignitor still works.
OK I think you will find the solenoids that are on the burner gas valve failing however you need a volt ohm meter to check them. They have a tendency to go bad under load and will fail intermittantly!

update: My husband says the burner will ignite and run for about 1 minute when the dryer is cool, then the burner will shut off and it will try, but will not reignite. Does this change any part of your follow-up answer
negative, this re-inforces what i thought!
YOU STILL NEED TO TEST THESE SOLENOIDS FOR CONTINUNITY WITH A VOLT OHM METER TO VERIFY, BUT YOU HAVE TO CATCH IT WHEN IT SHUTS DOWN.
Isn't it located underneath the drum? How would I check it without taking the dryer apart?
you're right! you have to remove the kick panel if so equiped or the whole front panel otherwise
What should the ohm read for a dryer that is working properly?
3 to 5 if i remember correctly, however this is a matter of open or not! If you replace one, replace both!
