Check that the stopcock is opened fully or whether the water inlet hose is kinked...Check that the water inlet filter is not clogged and clean it, if necessary, as described in the operating instructions....Check that the drain pump is not clogged. This can be cleaned as described in the operating instructions....Reset the error message as follows: To cancel the error message, turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Then switch the appliance off and then back on again. If the fault message reappears, please contact the Customer Contact Centre

The unit drains if i restart so drain pump, ok, water intake is ok.
did you check any of what i mentioned? did you re-set the error message
reset machine, no fault message when restarted. Still runs for a minute and stops...does this afew times then Drain/intake light comes on

did you see where your drain valve is it should be attatched to that just follow yoyr drain hose backwards and you will run into the drain pump take off hoses and make sure its not clogged if all is clear then you will need a new control board and that has to be installed by a miele technician

not the pipes the pump itself i need for you to check this if you dont feel comfortable doing this yourself you will need to bring in a technician
