LG Dryer safety thermostat triggered off. Need to reset it. Where do I find the reset switch.

Hi...You would need to break the dryer down First by removing the top lid....Then remove the control panel...Then remove the front panel of dryer...Once you remove the front panel you will be able to access the heating element...The fuse is located on the heating element duct...What is the model number...?...Thanks Bob

The Owners Manual has two model numbers...DLG5988W and DLG3788W. This is a large capacity front loading dryer. So I assume it is 5988.
