I've got a 3 year old Model KSRP25F Refrigerator. The Icemaker has quit working and the red light on the on/off switch blinks twice then pauses. The water dispenser works just fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi
The 2 blinks means the optics are faulty.Before replacing,look at the icemake.What position are the fingers in? Should be at 2 oclock at rest.If not close the door and wait a minuet then look again.If they are at 2 oclock,then the optics are the problem.You will also want to look at the water valve solenoid.See if either coil is swollen as there have been some that will cause the optics to burn.
