Open up the freezer door. Do you hear a fan running? Do you see any frost built up on the inside back wall of the freezer?

ok you need to remove the back panel INSIDE the freezer. You will see a small round thermostat clipped onto the evap coils. It has a brown and orange wire attached to it. Lokk at the top of it and see if it looks like it is popped off. This is a common problem.
