My Kenmore washing machine stopped filling up all the way.

Customer Question

My Kenmore washing machine stopped filling up all the way. It does like a small load even when the knob is turned to large load. Checked to make sure the knob is in the right place and it is. I'm not sure what else to check. Please help.

Hi thanks for the question.

Is there a reset setting on the dial ?

Did you try to reset it.

Customer: replied 7 years ago.

There is no reset button and I've taken the knob off to make sure the metal knob underneath is in the correct place.

You can take the console and see if the small hose that attach's to the water level switch is not kinked..And make sure when your turning the know the shaft is turning and not just the knob.
