My MAH4000 bleach and softener do not empty into the washer during the appropriate time

My wife told me when she runs the wash the bleech slot and liquid softener slopt are still full when the cycle ends
First you would have to run the washer and open the detergent door to see if there is any water getting into the dispenser....If not then most likely youre water inlet valve is bad..#2...You can check this by putting power directly to the inlet valve...If the water does come out and into dispenser then you have a problem with the control board which controls power to valve...Check this first....Bob
The water is coming into the detergent chamber
If the water is ruunning into the tray then it should be dispensing the Bleach...If you are saying that the water is not coming into the tray at the correct time then you have a issue with the machine control board...Bob
The clothing is getting washed, the water flows into the chamber and drains into the hole in the front. The bleech and softener in the cradle is still full @ the end of the wash. If this is a cuircuit board- can you tell me what I should order and where it goes?
So you are saying the water is not flowing into the bleach or detergent dispenser...
