I have a Janome thats a year and half old. I just had it

Customer Question

I have a Janome that's a year and half old. I just had it repaired -- broke two needles while sewing and received the E1 and E2 message. Paid 104.00 to get new fuses and fix the bur on my needle plate. Just ran over a sequin and bent the needle and now have E1 again and I cannot run the machine. This is frustrating to say the least as I sew everyday and need the machine. Any suggestions -- is it a fuse, can I change it myself - should I demand to fix without cost - it has been only a month since the last repair.
