-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Hi again,
So, you're telling me your unit will fill and agitate OK but not spin? Or does it fill and not agitate or spin?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
It is a Bosch Maxx 800. It does make the noise , but does not agitate or spin
1-Not pumping out the water - if the washer cannot pump out the water, the washer will not be able to spin. Can you still see water in the unit? Check the pump for not pumping.
If no water then...
2-Door not locking - if the door will not lock, the washer will not enter a spin mode. See if the lock light is lite on the console.

3-Broken wires at one of the out off balance switches or a bad switch itself.

4-A fairly common trouble maker has been a burnt diode on the main control board.
Change the control board.
If you don't have someone in the household who can perform these checks then you might consider locating some local help.
