I have a Delongi pac 120le and it says it is a dripless model but there is a steady drip coming through a manufactured hole in the underbelly of the unit. This is our second attempet the frist we returned for a new one thinking it was a malfunction now this one is doing the same. Please help.
Make: delonghi Model: pac120le Already Tried: turning the machine to fan to dry it out at night but it starts right up again when you turn it to cool. right now we are using the towel method and replacing them every 3 to hours
what type of appliance is this
portible A/C
hi ok i know exactly the unit u have is it tilted inward because the water has to go somewhere
It says it is drip less and there was no water until about 2 months of use with both machines. there is a drain in the back and when we open that only a 1/4 cup drains out and it still leaks after we drain it.
angling it would definitely help the drain unless there is blockage
What if there is a blockage and which direction should we tilt it?
tilt it outward to avoid water coming in that will fix it.if i have helped you pressing accept is how i get paid thanks
