When starting a cycle on my GE QuietPower III dishwasher, the normal cycle and heated dry lights (which are the options I've selected) blink continuously, which is new. However, the cycle stops after about 30-45 seconds and all lights go blank. The door latch seems to be working, tried resetting the power via the breaker. Any thoughts?

This means that your control board has detected and internal short. Try turning the circuit breaker off for 60 seconds to see if the error will go away. If not then you need to replace your control board inside your door.
