My 30” Epicure All Gas Range'shidden bake element and ceramic broiler stopped working. I received it from Dacor as part of a Field Test Program a year ago. Immediately prior to the malfunction, the illuminated knob that controls the oven lit up, however the oven was not on. Prior to this, although it may or may not be related, there were thunderstorms in the vicinity. What steps can and should be taken to resolve the problem?
