Customer Question

I have a whirlpool water cooler, model #WHKM-D20. I am trying to clean and sanitize, but the hot water dispenser is flowing very slowly or not at all. The drain plug did not produce any water at all.

Optional Information:
Make: whirlpool
Model: whkm-d20

Already Tried:
I have followed the cleaning instructions up to the section to sanitize. I have held the hot water tap button for at least five minutes and only a small stream comes out. There was no water at all from the drain plug.

Your best bet would be to fill hot water tank with 50/50 hot water and vinagar to clean the calcium out of the tank .

Alreagy tried :

and you have water in your water bottle?

I tried the vinegar and water. It seems to have worked. What about the drain plug? I am still not getting any water from it. Is that okay?
