I Have many Frigidaire Appliances in my home. I believe I still have service coverage through Frigidaire but I can't seem to get into contact with anyone to talk to them. A recent letter from Frigidaire of Augusta G.A. claims my service contract will run out in September on the 23rd. I bought all of my appliances from Earl B. Feiden of Latham New York. They claim they have no proof of my extended service contract, but they dont have a phone number for me to call you.My problem is I have had my washer fixed and had to pay when I believe I did have coverage. I also mentioned this to the service tech at the time of the repair.I also need my washer to be fixed again. I would also like to keep my service contract but not if I can't proove it to my service tech's. My letter from Frigidaire says my account number is XXXXX My name isXXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
