When I close the refrigerator side it does not suck out the air. The freezer side does. The food in the frig does not keep well because of this
Make: Subzero Already Tried: We had the tech come out it is still under warranty less than 1 yr old. He claimed there was nothing wrong. I have a subzero in my other home and it keep the food for weeks longer that this one but it also sucks the air out when you close the door
open the freezer door and tell me if you hear the fan blowing inside the freezer
I am not at the house that has the bad subzero right now. I will be there next week if it is necessary to be with the frig we will have to postpone this session until then. I was hoping that you would know what would prevent the air from being sucked out from the frig side.
just questions i like to ask ,,, the most likely problem is the return air in the fridger ,, move all you stuff around inside the fridge so there isn't anything against any of the outside walls blocking any of the air ports for the return air and that should fix the problem ,,, chances are one or more of the ports are blocked by jars, bread, or something along the that line / thanks
