Its in the fresh food section on a white sticker near the top if you can t find it is the freezer on top?

Ok great this is a very common issue. You need to remove the back panel in the freezer section there is a defrost drain that is blocked. Once the back panel is out you need to chip the ice away then pour hot water down the hole to clear it. There is a defrost kit its a piece of metal that you hook to the heater so every time it comes on the piece of metal heats up so the hole do not get clogged again. Video click here
