In the upper left corner of the fridge compartment is the air flow damper.Put your hand over it and adjust the freezer control both ways can you get air comming out?

9 out of 10 times the problem is the mottor on the air damper burns out.You need to remove the damper and test to see if it is getting power.If it is replace the damper if it is not replace the freezer control.
