I have a side by side fridge, MDD2556AEB. The ice dispenser in the door keeps freezing up and filling with snow. The ice maker works fine, but we are unable to access the ice through the front dispenser. Even if we melt the "snow" in the door dispenser, it will eventually freeze up again. Any help?

Your problem is the flapper is not closing completely ..The warm air mixing with the cold air is creating your problem...
