I'm sorry you can program it, but the oven dosn't go on

It does light up, my tenant just put it on clean it locked the door but doesn't heat up everything seems to work but the coils

thanks ,,, the control board is bad and has to be replaced ,, the part number isNNN-NN-NNNNand it cost $176.12 and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer or online at www3.sears.com ,,, its #20 in this picture / thanks and have a good day ,, Larry
