Hiya

F24 indicates a problem with the heater temperature sensor.

If you have a multimeter and can use it, click on the link below.

If not, you'll need to gain access to the heater and check the wiring to the heater and the temperature sensor.

Give the wires a good tug as they can break internally.

 

If you go this site http://servicematters.com/ and at the lower right hand corner click on site map, then click on accept, go to job aids (Technical Reference section), click on the arrow for laundry products then scroll down to L-78 duet sport washer. This is for your washer, everything you need to know about your washer inside and out is there. It shows how to take the appliance apart and how to check it.
