Kenmore Elite HE 3T washer, model number 110.42926.220 keep getting F02 error code. We went thru the troubleshooting guide in the manual and tried everything recommended and we keep getting the code. We have disconnected the drain hose and cleaned out a bunch of gunk that was stuck in the angle of the hose. If we put in a light load the washer will spin and finish the cycle. If the load is the slightest bit heavy it will give us the error code. We can clear it by hitting cancel and then selecting the drain cycle. It will usually finish the cycle then although I don't believe it is always spinning when it should.
Hello! My name is XXXXX XXXXX X will help you as much as I can! Please remove the front/lower panel by removing the screws at the very bottom of the panel. Then look at the the large circular draincock. It has a handle on it and is white. You will need ALOT of towels or a shopvac standing by because some water will come out during the next step. Turn the handle, remove the drain cock, remove the debris in the filter, check inside the pump where the filter was. You will see the pump impeller towards the right side. Make sure this is also clear. CHECK CAREFULLY.Also check the pump inlet hose as well as you can for socks or other debris. Put the draincock back in, ensuring it is tight, restart the machine while the panel is still off. Watch as the machine runs, check for leaks and if code persists, replace your pump. Please let me know if i can clarify any of this for you..
