My bottom freezer Kenmore smart reach (cant find model number)

This answer was rated:

My bottom freezer Kenmore "smart reach" (can't find model number) seems to be too warm on top. In fridge) I can access the manual dial 1-6 but can't remember which control number represents cooler temps; lower or higher, 1 or 6

Hi thanks for the question.

If your setting the fridge colder, you set a lower # XXXXX you set the high # XXXXX are closing a door that allows the cold air to flow to the fridge So if six is the highest you are closing the baffle door keeping the cold air in the freezer. Hope I answered the question. If you need more info I will be here.
