HelloCustomer my name isXXXXX problem may be as simple as a door interlock switch. This switch is located in the door latch mechanism and when the door is closed it causes this switch to transfer power to the control board. I will give you the web link to a parts company that uses diagrams to locate parts. Use the breakdown labeled "Control Panel Parts". There is a part listed as "Latch" part #PS886294, and two switches listed as part #PS393148. You may only need one of the switches or you may need both. The breakdown should help you to access this part of the unit.
