I have a Kenmore Fridge/freezer model no. 106.72454400 , serial no. es0410982. This unit is only 4 years old and the icemaker in the freezer compartment has never worked. At one stage we intalled a presure pump and then the cold water dispenser was working but not the ice cube maker, it seems that no water is getting into the tray. I am staying in Yuma Arizona. You can call Sears at 1 800 4 my home, but the first thing I would look at is the water inlet valve for the icemaker which is behind the refrigerator and check it for continunity on the solenoid and make sure the inlet there is not clogged. This sounds like a very simple problem taht can be solved right there at the valve....if not the valve, call a tech from Sears/Whirlpool if the model number begins with 110 an d GE if the model number begins with 363.
