my six month old energy star refridgerator is running constantly the refridgeration section is showing 57 degrees(set for 37) freezer showing -17(set for 0) what do you think is happening?
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Tell me if the fan motor is going in the freezer section.

Theres a vent that is located in the fridge and vents in to the freezer to allow the cold air to circulate to the fridge.Check that it could be blocked up with left corner in the fridge.let me know

Did you say the freezer was - 17 and fridge 57deg if the freezer is that cold the venting to the fridge has to be blocked, the fridge gets its cold from the freezer.
