The ice maker won't work if the freezer is above 20 degrees. Is the back freezer wall covered in frost?

NO frost

Check to see if the condensor fan is running, also the evap fan inside the freezer. Then check to see if the condensor is clean.

The evap fan is in the freezer about half way down behind the back wall. The condensor fan is at the bottom back of the refer behind a cover.
