do you have a volt-ohm meter so you can check voltages from control in the console.
ok you will need to open console
it has two philip screws in the rear on the corners remove/ open that
this is your wiring diagram
on page two left side of wire diageam look for P2-7 pink /blkack tracer and P3-2
on the control board look at bottom of page two you will see the control drawn out P3 connector is on bottom left corner .once you find connectors on actual control , set meter to DC voltage while pressing start button you should have 48 Volts DC if not you have a baD CONTROL BOARD
if you have 48 volts then motor relay is bad.
will hold on for you.
the voltage comes from the control if no voltage .

Yes, I did. I tried to use your link to find the part but I was not able to find it from that web site with all the options I tried. The item #24 is a door assembly, not the control assembly. I was not able to fine anything using the part number.
