my dryer started vibrating badly and the drum does not turn

my dryer started vibrating badly and the drum does not turn very fast. I just replaced the belt and alignment wheels. There was no change. could something be wrong with the motor or drive shaft?

I purchased a repair kit and replaced all the parts. Still no change. Idler pully as well as the two wheels and the belt

Did the kit include the drum felt around the back of the drum.

It would make that noise.

No. In seems like the drum moves about half the normal speed.

The felt around the drum? I could not replace it because they did not have it at the store. The felt seal would cause the drum to turn slower and make a vibrating noise?
