Customer Question

Hello,

During the end of the wash cycle, dishwasher would not stop draining. After opening dishwasher, closing it and pressing cancel and drain, I opened the dishwasher to find a little water in the tub. After pulling out the drain and feeling around the white pan, there was nothing blocking either part. Water continues to pump into the dishwasher when not running and door is open until it floods out onto the floor. I tried cancel and drain several times, but water continues to pump in. The water to the dishwasher is now turned off until we can correct this problem.
