high this is Bryan, when you press the start button nothing happens? you may have a bad thermal fuse in this, whirlpool is famous for that. how new is this? let me know ,thanks Bryan

ok i'm not sure what your warranty is on this but the part is inexspensive around $12.00 @ http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-GGW9260-%3d%3di2986&PartID=2986 in most cases this failer is due to a clogged vent, the dryer runs to hot and the thermal fuse will blow to prevent a fire, make sure your vent is clean before replacing, thanks Bryan
