Hello,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX X will try to assist you. I take it that this is a SubZero unit? If so...What I need you to do is go to the display. Press and hold either colder button then press the on/off key and release both. Record what you see on the display. Toggle through all readings by pressing either colder key and let me know what you see.It sounds like, from your description that you have a sealed system problem which should be covered ,at least parts depending on purchase date. Most sub zero have 10-12 years warranty on the sealed system. You should see something like 00,-5,38,25,00 and then it repeats

Steve: yes, it is a sub-Zero i did as suggested, codes are 00, 02, 55, 53 -03

On the fresh food (Refrigerator)side Press the warmer key and hold that key and then the on/off key for 10 seconds and record what you see. Toggle through 7 or 8 readings by pressing either colder key.
