HiCustomerTry one of the presets like popcorn, to see if that works. If so then you know that most likely there may be a problem with the power settings buttons.As most of these are electronically operated.Or a loose or burnt connection to the circuit boards.Or the switch that the door closes into may be faulty when opening the door before programme finishes the switch cuts the power so it stops heating (safety device) I would recommend caution though as electricity can be dangerous and Micrwaves utilize high voltage power by way of a transformer.
