Kenmore 90 series squealing when started. will not turn. belt is ok. what can be causing it? How do I fix it?

Where is the lint filter located on the top
Lint filter is at the back top right as you face the dryer. It is under the start button. The dryer sounds like it is starting up, but does not turn. The belt is not broken.
Does the motor turn or just makes a noise
When I push the start button, it squeals and does not move. I thought maybe the belt was slipping, so I opened the top and started again. Belt is not slipping or moving and appears to be in tact. I'm wondering if my motor is going out? It smells like it is heating properly. It just isn't moving and makes that noise.I have the back off also.
You may as well take the front off and take out the drum,and see if the motor turns without the drum in.And check the drum rollers If there badly worn ,It could cause the problem

The rollers are worn but the axel they are on looks worse. It does run without the drum. I will try replacing them and see if that fixes my problem. Thanks.
