I have a GE Nautilus portable Dishwasher with a broken spray arm. I have a new spray arm and need someone to tell how to remove the old one and install the new part.

I guess my question should read: what tool or method should I use to remove the old spray arm? I know it is threaded but do I need to use a pliers or another tool to remove the arm?

What I use is a Jar opener,Its a big rubber band with a handle on it ,For leverage,You can do it by hand ,But its tight
